We have just returned from Florida.  While gone for ten weeks we had Dave Novalinski look after our home.  He made weekly inspections and sent a weekly status report during this past winter.  He went beyond expectations in checking on our home.  His thoroughness was beyond comprehension.  He found things only an expert might find (small leak by our furnace).  My wife and I had the “Peace of Mind” knowing our home was safe while we were gone.  It was exactly the way it was when we returned as when we left.

 

We plan on using Dave again in the future and want to recommend his home watch services to everyone.  He is a professional.  We feel very fortunate to have found a local person / business so qualified.

I bought my first home last year, and my home inspection could not have gone better!! Dave did a complete inspection for a much better price than some of the others I contacted. Even though it was February, he still spent the better part of an hour inspecting the outside. He checked EVERYTHING… Inside and out. I was reassured when he told me “This is a great house”. It made me more at ease with the whole process. I will absolutely use About Your Home Inspection for any future home purchase.
